Dan Math Poems
by Cleo & Scholz
Dan, the master of numbers and laws so fine,
Antithesis to the realm of rhythm and rhyme,
Not a tune, but a crash of papers and ledgers in line,
Kept in order, prepared to face the court trials divine.
Against universities, he burns with a fervent flame,
His voice resounds, like a legal siren's refrain,
Not a ballad, but the shout of justice's name.
Dan, the protector of scholars, with a nimble "swish,"
Aims for equity, with a legal arrow's twist,
Not a serenade, but the boom of a judge's gavel's wish,
Keeping the scale, between wrong and right he will not desist.
After each triumph, he raises his hand with grace,
Honorably standing, for what he holds just in place,
Never surrendering, the battle for truth to embrace
