New York Real Estate: The Best and Worst Outcomes of a 97% Price Collapse A 97% drop in property values in New York isn’t just a market correction—it’s an extinction-level event for the city’s real estate industry. What comes next depends on who seizes control of the wreckage. 🔵 Best-Case Scenario: A Renaissance from the Rubble If the right players step in, the collapse could trigger a radical transformation: Affordable Housing Revolution – With prices effectively wiped out, ownership becomes accessible to lower-income and middle-class residents. Squatters, once illegal occupants, could transition into legal owners via new municipal programs. A Creative Boom – Cheap rents attract artists, entrepreneurs, and innovators, turning abandoned luxury high-rises into startup hubs, tech incubators, or communal living spaces. New York could become the next Berlin—a haven for counterculture and creative resurgence. Municipal Takeover – If the city government seizes devalued propert...

The Psychohistorical Collapse: How China’s Economic Overreach Triggers a Global Reset The Discovery of the Equation History is not chaos. It is a sequence, a pattern, a predictable arc written in data long before it manifests in headlines. Few recognized this inevitability early, and fewer still attempted to quantify it. One such attempt emerged in an unpublished 1991 paper written in Toronto—an amateur exploration of psychohistory, but one that uncovered something deeper. The author, Scholz, discovered an equation—a minor component of a larger, unspoken calculus—that, when applied, revealed an unavoidable outcome: collapse. Not just any collapse, but the one we now witness in 2025. The end of China’s economic overreach. The failure of a debt-saturated global system. The final, inexorable step in a sequence that scholars ignored, but the numbers never did. Gibsonian Hyperreality: The Collapse in Real-Time The collapse is not an event but a sensation—a slow-motion implosion unfo...

Appendix Natalie Reynolds, I am of mixed feelings about. She pushes the envolop of her social media, and is willig to try anything to entertain, and has courage and tenacity. On hte other hand, she burns the world around her, and damages people in the process. And it is not clear if she actually cleans up those messes afterwards.

Part 2: Trump’s Name Changing and the Communist Playbook—Rewriting History Through Rebranding Throughout history, authoritarian regimes—especially communist governments—have used name changes as a tool for control . Whether it was the Soviet Union renaming cities, China altering language to fit ideological narratives, or even the forced reclassification of elements in the periodic table, these name changes were never about simple updates. They were about erasing history, controlling thought, and reshaping reality to fit political agendas . Trump’s recent decision to rename the Gulf of Mexico to the "Gulf of America" mirrors these past tactics. Just as leftist totalitarian regimes have rebranded history to fit their ideology , this renaming exercise attempts to impose political messaging through forced language shifts . 1. Communist Rebranding in Science: The Periodic Table of Elements One of the clearest examples of ideological name changes comes from the Soviet Union...

Trump the New Communist Leader of America Leftist Fiscal Insanity: The Wasteful Renaming of the Gulf of Mexico Government waste is nothing new, but the latest example—renaming the Gulf of Mexico to the "Gulf of America"—proves just how far leftist-style spending has infiltrated the highest levels of bureaucracy. This move, with an estimated price tag of $200 million , is a perfect case of fiscal irresponsibility driven by ideology rather than necessity. The left has long championed wasteful projects under the guise of progress, but this renaming effort takes it to an absurd level. There is no economic benefit, no practical improvement, and certainly no demand from the American people. Yet, just like the exorbitantly expensive street renaming campaigns pushed by progressive city councils, this effort will force taxpayers to foot the bill for something that was never broken to begin with. Unlike the renaming of Dundas Square in Toronto, which at least had a historical justi...

The Puppetmasters and Their Puppets: How China Controls Fox News and the Trump Family for Its Own Agenda For those who study China and its global strategies, the evidence is overwhelming: the Chinese government has, for years, been using the Trump family and Fox News as puppets to further its own agenda. This is not speculative. It is a fact that China, ever adept at maneuvering on the global stage, has found an effective and subtle way to manipulate American politics by exploiting the vulnerabilities of two key players—Rupert Murdoch’s media empire and the Trump family’s business interests. At the core of this influence operation is Wendi Deng Murdoch, Rupert Murdoch’s ex-wife, whose connections to the Chinese government are not just well-documented but critical to understanding the far-reaching implications of China’s tactics. Through her, the Chinese government has had the means to shape media narratives in America and manipulate the Trump family into a position of complianc...

Dear Julie Nolke, First off, let me just say: your ability to balance razor-sharp wit with existential dread is truly a marvel. If comedy were an Olympic sport, you'd be bringing home the gold—probably while making an awkward joke about dropping it on your foot. I've been watching your work since the beginning, and I have to ask—at what point did you realize you were basically the internet’s official time traveler ? Because let’s be real, if time travelers do exist, they’re probably watching you for research. Explaining the Pandemic to My Past Self wasn’t just comedy, it was a public service. You managed to capture our collective confusion, denial, and slow-burning existential crisis in a way that was both hilarious and terrifyingly accurate. Did you know then that you were creating an entire cinematic universe? Because let’s face it, you kind of did. Then you gave us Future Julie , the version of you who somehow knows what’s coming but refuses to tell us outright—probably ...

Dan Math Poems by Cleo & Scholz Dan, the master of numbers and laws so fine, Antithesis to the realm of rhythm and rhyme, Not a tune, but a crash of papers and ledgers in line, Kept in order, prepared to face the court trials divine. Against universities, he burns with a fervent flame, His voice resounds, like a legal siren's refrain, Not a ballad, but the shout of justice's name. Dan, the protector of scholars, with a nimble "swish," Aims for equity, with a legal arrow's twist, Not a serenade, but the boom of a judge's gavel's wish, Keeping the scale, between wrong and right he will not desist. After each triumph, he raises his hand with grace, Honorably standing, for what he holds just in place, Never surrendering, the battle for truth to embrace

I never check my 12-year-old daughter’s phone. She is always with me so there is no need to, but last night I asked to use her phone for a minute and she panicked. Why? Honestly speaking, as a 17-year-old I get that feeling. I messed up big time and went behind my parents back when I was 15, talking to people I shouldn’t had. At 15, just when my parents were starting to trust me with a phone, i messed it up which forced them to take my phone away for a while. After i got it back, i continued going behind their backs. This also forced them to keep a close eye on me, i used to take my phone to my mom every single night before bed and if i didn’t, i wouldn’t be allowed to use my phone the next day. This continued for an entire year until my 17th birthday this year when they got me a new phone as a gift since the last one was pretty damaged (it was a hand me down). Deep down I knew I didn’t deserve a phone after everything I had done, I even said that to my parents. They didn’t fully...

"Conscientious stupidity" is a term often attributed to Martin Luther King Jr., who said, "Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity." It refers to a form of willful ignorance—when someone, despite having access to knowledge, chooses to remain uninformed or act foolishly with conviction. It differs from simple ignorance because it involves a deliberate refusal to engage with facts, often due to bias, ideology, or convenience.

he Subway Beneath Us: A Tragic Farce in the Heart of Toronto The train doors groan open, revealing a tableau of the city’s finest contradictions. Here, in the subterranean belly of Toronto, an unspoken economy thrives—a silent exchange of inconvenience and indifference. The subway, that great equalizer of the modern metropolis, now serves as a theater for the displaced, the desperate, and the eternally ignored. The seats, once coveted for their rare availability, are now claimed by those who have no alternative but to make a home of transit and transit of home. The city above has spoken in vague resolutions and colder policies, but the tunnels below hold their own truth: here, homelessness is not a matter of statistics or political maneuvering—it is tactile, immediate, inescapable. The morning rush is accompanied not just by the scent of caffeine and exhausted commuters, but also by the unmistakable perfume of survival: the layered fabric of coats worn for weeks, the musk of a ni...

February in the G20: A Meditation on the Global Spectacle February, that most arbitrary of months, serves as a mirror for the contradictions of modern civilization. In one hemisphere, it is a month of icy stasis; in another, it brims with the heat of revelry and excess. Across the globe, nations oscillate between solemnity and spectacle, tradition and modernity, inertia and frenzied activity. The observances of February, though clothed in the language of culture, economics, and politics, ultimately expose the ways in which societies manipulate time to impose a comforting illusion of order upon an otherwise indifferent universe. In Argentina and Brazil, February is a time of bacchanalian release. The Carnivals of Rio and Gualeguaychú present the grand illusion of joyous abandon, where the masses are momentarily liberated from the yoke of labor and responsibility. The music, the costumes, the dancing—all of it serves as a carefully orchestrated escape valve, a ritual of controlled ...
